HOW IT WORKS:
The Showoff will end each day of festival. Any group from any discipline may be chosen to perform! Each adjudicator will pick their favourite group numbers. Criteria may include most entertaining, cleanest, happiest, cutest or strongest technique ~ not necessarily based on high marks. It is the adjudicators’ choice as to who/how they choose.
Adjudicators will notify one of the SDF Team within a few categories or at the end of their shift. Once the teacher has been notified routines will be added to the TV in the lobby. Confirmed routines will also be posted on social media.
Program order will be posted backstage once all groups have been finalized.
SHOWOFF AWARDS:
All performing groups are invited to gather collectively on the stage for awards. Adjudicators will give general comments & announce awards. No written adjudication sheets will be completed for the Showoff. Please remain on stage with your group & trophy after awards so an SDF Team member can take your photo!
